英语考试碰到"My Dream"这个题目，十个人里有八个写"My dream is to be a doctor"或者"My dream is to be a teacher"——阅卷老师看到第三份就开始审美疲劳，到第十份直接归为"模板文"压分。想拿高分，不是职业选得多冷门，而是你怎么说清楚"为什么是这个梦想"以及"你为此做了什么"。

职业选择别扎堆，但也别为了标新立异硬凹

常规的医生、教师、工程师不是不能写，关键是理由要具体。比如写想当医生，别只说"help sick people"，换成"After seeing my grandmother suffer from diabetes, I realized how much a good endocrinologist can change a patient's life"——有场景、有细节、有情感动机，比空喊口号强十倍。

如果想换赛道，这些职业好写又有话说：

Environmental scientist(环保科学家)：塑料污染、气候变化、碳中和，素材多、词汇高级

Software engineer / AI researcher：写自己写第一个程序时的兴奋，自然带出passion

Translator / Interpreter：跨文化交流、语言桥梁，适合英语成绩好的学生

Veterinarian：喜欢动物+具体故事，情感真挚容易打动阅卷人

Entrepreneur / Social worker：解决社会问题，立意高但不容易写假大空

文章结构三段式最稳

第一段：点题+原因。直接说梦想是什么，用一个具体场景解释为什么。"I still remember the day when..."开头，画面感拉满。

第二段：你做了什么准备。这是大多数人忽略的加分项。别只说"I will study hard"，要具体——读了什么书、参加了什么活动、学了什么技能。比如想当翻译的人写"I've been practicing English shadowing for two years and volunteered as an interpreter at a local charity event"，真实感和行动力一下就出来了。

第三段：展望+升华。不是空喊"I will never give up"，而是写实现梦想后想做什么、想改变什么。"I hope to use my skills to..."比"believe in myself"高级得多。

万能句型直接套

开头："Ever since I was a child, I have dreamed of..." / "The moment that changed my life was when..."

原因："What fascinates me most about this profession is..." / "I was deeply inspired by..."

行动："To get closer to my goal, I have been..." / "I make it a habit to..."

结尾："I firmly believe that with persistence and passion, my dream will one day come true." / "No matter how many obstacles lie ahead, I am determined to..."

字数控制：初中80—100词，高中100—120词，四六级150—180词。别超太多，阅卷时间有限，精炼比冗长得分高。
